Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!
Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!
Yes, we do! We offer lease options ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that shorter leases may include additional fees.
Residents can conveniently pay online through our resident portal. You can make one-time payments or even set up auto-pay for added ease!
Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Comed. All other utilities are managed through Conservice and will be applied to your ledger.
Our community is equipped for cable and internet services through Xfinity and AT&T.
Amenities
The Bryant at Oak Park I & II features a modern grilling area, landscaped courtyard, and a prime downtown location near restaurants and businesses. Amenities include laundry facilities with a mobile app, central AC, hardwood floors, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers, fireplaces, and abundant natural light in various units.
We offer a limited number of off-street parking spaces. Additionally, street parking is available on Pleasant Street and nearby streets.
We have select units with in-unit washers and dryers, along with six on-site laundry rooms featuring commercial-grade machines and a convenient mobile app.
Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly and welcomes cats and dogs! We’re next to Mills Park, which is great for pets. Please note that we do have breed restrictions; contact leasing for details.
Location
Our community stands out for its ideal location, just steps from Blackout Baking Co. and North Oak Shopping Center. Major employers and schools, like Citizens Rx and Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School, are nearby. Enjoy convenient access to dining, shopping, and socializing in Forest Park. We are located in School District 97 and School District 200.
We’re conveniently located just 0.3 miles from Target, 0.4 miles from Whole Foods and Wild Fork, and 0.5 miles from Trader Joe's. Plus, an Aldi is currently being built just a few blocks away at Harlem and Washington.
Maintenance
Yes, we have on-site maintenance available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance year-round.
For non-emergency work orders, please use the resident portal or mobile app. You can also call the office during business hours. For emergencies, call the office number and select option '3' to reach emergency maintenance.
You don’t need to be present if you give us permission to enter. Our team can complete your request during normal business hours. If you prefer to be home while the work is done, please indicate that on your work order, and we’ll accommodate your request.
